Description
Assamson & Goliath is our signature unflavoured black Kombucha tea. It is brewed from the finest Assam black tea blended with premium Kenyan black for a little kick of briskness. It’s blended in Belfast in view of the iconic shipyard cranes and (almost) namesakes!
Live kombucha culture, tea infusion (filtered Mourne water, Assam and Kenyan black tea), beet sugar*.
*The sugar is used as an energy source for the fermentation process. Some remains to give a natural low calorie product.
