Now time to cleanse!

Well I hope all you lovely people had a Fab festive season!! I did but like most of us I drank too much Ate too much and totally indulged in all things yummy..

Over the next lot of weeks in store I will be dealing with aliments which people don’t realize are connected to over indulgence at Chrimbo…Such as joint pain and inflammation due to high acid rich diet, Skin complaints like eczema, psoriasis, flaky scalp and even thrush etc. most likely due to a high sugar intake. This can also play havoc with our sleep patterns. And most commonly IBS from the over eating in general.

Cut down on alcohol, tea and coffee. (try to drink more water or herbal teas)

Get juicing!! Give the digestive system a break from big heavy meals.

Reduce the sugar that you eat and don’t overdo the fruit as it will turn to sugar in the body also.

Get outside and get some Vit D and also get the blood flowing again after being stuck indoors.

A Few useful remedies I would recommend over the next month!!

  • Milk Thistle to help eliminate the toxins from the liver.
  • Beetroot juice to get more oxygen in the blood for energy.
  • Dandelion to help cleanse the kidneys.
  • Chromium for the sugar cravings
  • Epsom salts to bathe in will not only help detoxify the body but will work as a muscle relaxant to help with a better night’s sleep ZZZZZZ
  • Probiotic drinks are a great way to help balance out our gut bacteria
  • Everybody should introduce Cider vinegar their diet as it will alkalize the body to help deal with tummy issues and inflammatory problems.
